HART (Health Awareness & Recovery Together) was formed by multiple stakeholders working together to combat drug and alcohol abuse in our community. The main focus has been on community awareness and helping erase the stigma associated with talking about drug and alcohol abuse. It is important that as a community we embrace individuals and their families going through addiction, offer them support, and let them know we are all working together to fight this epidemic.
We also provide information about resources for assistance with drug and alcohol treatment and family support groups. There is important information contained under the RESOURCES tab. If you are looking for support and guidance through the intervention and treatment process, we can help connect you with those resources.
We are working to expand our community outreach and soon will be offering a variety of speakers to address the needs of your organization. We plan to offer personal impact stories from individuals in recovery, family members of those in recovery, and support group members that have been working behind the scenes of this epidemic for many years.
HART will continually evolve to best meet the ever-changing needs of the community. We are interested in ideas and feedback from every member of the community. If you have a need or an idea, please feel free to share it with us and together we can work to save lives.

CanYouSeeMeNow? CYSMN? With huge support from community sponsors and a grant from ADAMH, we created this program with the Hilliard Police Department. The Program features a simulated Teen Bedroom where adults learn to identify potential warning signs of substance use and risky behavior. If you are interested in HART bringing CYSMN? to your organization, click the CYSMN? tab above for more information. |
